IMPORTANT!!! The crown must be fully screwed in for the watch to be water resistant. Never unscrew the crown when your watch is in water or wet.
Warranty Information – Arctic Iceland
Each Arctic Iceland timepiece is proudly designed and assembled with care, and we stand behind our craftsmanship with a limited two-year warranty. This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
What the Warranty Covers:
The warranty begins on the date of purchase and covers manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
What the Warranty Does Not Cover:
Normal wear and tear
Damage resulting from misuse, accidents, or negligence
Damage to non-mechanical components such as the crystal (glass), case, strap, or bracelet
Unauthorized modifications
Shipping and Handling:
Shipping and handling costs are not covered under the warranty and are the responsibility of the customer when sending the watch in for service and receiving it back. When sending your watch for repair, we strongly recommend using secure packaging, a traceable shipping method, and insuring the package for its full value, as Arctic Iceland is not responsible for items lost in transit.
How to Make a Warranty Claim:
To process a claim, please include:
A copy of your receipt or the original Certificate of Origin and Guarantee
A brief description of the issue
We recommend using secure packaging, a traceable shipping service, and insurance for the full value of the watch. Arctic Iceland is not responsible for lost or damaged packages during transit.
Important:
This warranty will be void if the watch has been damaged due to accident, improper use, unauthorized service, or any condition not related to a defect in materials or workmanship.
Disposal of Old Electrical and Electronic Equipment.
The symbol indicates that this product shall not be mixed with unsorted municipal waste when disposed of. There is a separate collection system for waste electrical and electronic equipment. Usually old electrical and electronic equipment can be returned free of charge. For further information please contact the competent municipal authorities or the shop where you purchased the product. Correct disposal ensures that waste electrical and electronic equipment is recycled and reused appropriately. It helps avoid potential damage for the environment and human health and to preserve natural resources.
